The mission of the Northern Plains Intertribal Court


of Appeals is to evaluate cases on appeal from the


Tribal Courts and then determine fair, unbiased,


and effective solutions through the use of both


United States and Tribal Laws in civil and criminal


cases being dealt with by the court.
